When booking a ski holiday at Chalet Cannelle, this includes our ski concierge service to recommend and book ski lessons and ski guiding for you.
Whether you are a beginner skier or an intermediate who would like to sharpen your technical skills, we can recommend and book the perfect instructor for you.
Ski school is great for children of all levels, providing them the opportunity to meet new friends while they learn to ski. We recommend ESI, an international ski school offering tuition in 7 languages.
There are a number of choices for private lessons for skiing and snowboarding in Châtel. We recommend ESI, Blue Chili Sports as well as a number of independent local instructors, both French & English.
Ski guiding is available for 1/2 and full days and is suitable for confident intermediate skiers. It is a great opportunity to see part of the valley you haven't ventured to yet or maybe to experience some off piste in the safety of a qualified guide.
Ski Hire & Purchase
Quality ski and snowboard hire is crucial for your ski holiday which is why we have partnered with SkiHire2U. Not only do Skihire2u provide quality equipment that is serviced after every use, they deliver and personally fit it on the evening you arrive at Chalet Cannelle. Swap queuing in the ski shop for boot fittings with a drink in hand!
Skihire2u provide all levels of skis and boards, complete beginners, recreational skiers who like to cruise the pistes as well as the latest all mountain skis for those who like to play in the powder.
All the prices are competitive and can be found on their website. Chalet Cannelle guests receive a 10% discount on these prices.
Visiting a ski resort is the perfect time to buy your own boots, board or skis. There are several experienced boot fitters and stores in Châtel, we particularly like Vertical Horizons, with years of experience and excellent advice. Our tip is to do this early within your ski holiday, giving you the chance to try the equipment and make any adjustments if necessary. The best boot fitters have busy schedules, let us know in advance and we will make a reservation for you.
